My take on Festool track storage - 3/4 baltic birch, doubled up with 18 ga brads and wood glue.  My garage has a load bearing beam across both bays, thought I'd make use of that space...

I made the cuts for the shelves on the table saw, then added the angled lip on the band saw.

I then added 1" angle brackets to support the shelves "temporarily" (they are permanent now...) - used them to hold the shelves to the vertical support while drilling then screwing a single 3" wood screw through the back of the vertical support and into the shelf.

I made 4 of these, each with 6 shelves.  Mounted them 633mm apart (some rough math yielded this / it supports the 3000, 2424, 1900, 1400, and 1080 rails with reasonable spacing).

Seems pretty sturdy for what it needs to do.  They aren't perfect - not perfectly square/level given the single wood screw and bracket - but I'm pleased enough.  Feedback/suggestions for improvement welcome.

Nice. I it low enough to just reach or do you need to get a step stool to get them down?

I need a ladder...but that's ok/by design.  They're up out of the way, and stored safely.
