We use Zinnsser sealcoat often. We use it on dye/stain jobs that we finishe with waterbased. The wb has a tendency to pull the dye back out, the sealcoat stops that.

For flooring, the waterbornes are clearly better IMHO. Stronger, faster etc. Im talking about the strength of moisture cure without the smell.
I play with general stains as well, they are top notch. But for wb floor finish, the floor market has the best!
