How deep is the part that you need to "re-drill"? If it isnt too deep, you can extend the pint or the pilot bit to the hole and drill as well... i have done that more than a few times!chappardababbar said:Got it, thanks all. Zobo bits worked like dream....

Going to clamp some plywood to the wood, and go for a larger size zobo to increase the hole. Obviously will practice on some scrap first!

There are always Allen head bolts to save the day.

Grab the Zobo you need for clearance for the socket, take a piece of ply and drill through it with the Zobo, center the piece of ply over the undersized hole, clamp the ply to the offending piece and use the ply as a pilot to drill the new diameter.
