I have a Festool saw and tracks.  I also have a DeWalt router and track adapter.

It works fine for making grooves in plywood, MDF or particleboard.  Is there anyway to allow me to use the indexing holes for making shelf pin holes 32mm on center?

[member=74278]Packard[/member] - YES, there is
with TSO's newest SKU 61-499:  LR 32 Guide Plate Adapter set for DeWALT Compact Router with DeWALT Plunge Base.

We will also offer an 8mm Collet as an option since some of you already have this additional collet.

We're just putting the finishing touches on this nifty set with its CNC machined Laser engraved polycarbonate base plate. We'll post an announcement here on the FOG.

THis product is really aimed at FESTOOL LR 32 users who also have the 32mm "holy" 1400mm Guide Rail.

Please comment with suggestions and questions here on the FOG or email info@tsoproducts.com while we're putting the finihsing touches on it.

hans ...... that product doesn't show up on your website via a search via the sku or LR32

It sounds like production is immanent, but not just yet.  He said he would announce the arrival within these forums.

I have the CMT drilling jig that allows me to use the plunge router with a 14mm guide.  It seems slow as I have to lift the router up and place it in each hole and then plunge.  Hopefully Hans will have a video and I can judge if it is easier and faster than the CMT jig.

I can also use the drilling jig.  I have a line voltage drill that spins at aout 3,000 rpms and is pretty quick.

I had to order the CMT template and their dowel jib from Amazon (Germany) and it shipped from Amazon (Spain).  It is not officially imported to the USA.

[member=74278]Packard[/member] TSO's adapter is based on Bob D.'s original design, he had shared with me prior to his passing they were working together and Hans confirmed this elsewhere. I can attest that the setup works quickly and smoothly, Bob's design was simply an adapter plate for the stock LR32 setup. I really like that I can use it with the cordless router.

I'm hopeful that it improves upon the original design by including some alignment or quick disconnect feature, currently my Dewalt plunge base is a prisoner of the LR32 and I'm too lazy to take it apart for other uses & reinstall/adjust it.
