I think of any non-Festool items that would complement the TS55. It's pretty much a system in itself, apart from the obvious things like clamps which you may or may not need depending on the cut.
Under the Festool umbrella, an MFT would be the obvious item to add, and a dust extractor of course.

Nice present! I don't know of any 3rd party attachments that I would want but from Festool, there are basically 3 accessories for the TS 55...
The Parallel Guide for running parallel to an edge. It can be hooked over the edge of the work piece or mounted 180 degrees opposite and used to run parallel to a vertical surface. Imagine cutting flooring and running parallel to the wall.

The Cover Plate, which is designed to improve dust collection.

The Splinter Guards for the off cut if the right side is your keeper. They are typically used one per depth of cut. It's common to use one for a certain depth and mark it for that depth. They are zero clearance (cut by the blade) and the deeper the plunge, the more gets cut.

There's also the Parallel Guide Set for making repeat cuts of the same dimension. They are really handy for breaking down sheet goods and Brice Burrell came up with a cool way to use them for making shelf pin holes.

Of course there's always extra Guide Rails and connectors...
You will want the appropriate blade for the material and/or cut also.
