New out of the box, it tends to "grab" and "jump". I think someone told me that this will "wear in" over time.
Anyone else experience this? Is this normal?
 
Dunno if its normal, but mine did the same.  Much better after a few hours use.  OTOH, no smoother than the PC 333 it replaced.
 
I read that thread for the first time this morning. It's pretty accurate...

When I sand a large, flat surface with the Rotex 150, I generally hold it (lightly) by either the horn in front or by the hose or both. I like to use the CT 22 on high and don't have any problems with control.

I think it was Brice that mentioned the angle. By holding the hose, I found it's really easy to control the angle. I don't apply any pressure to the sanding, just let the weight of the sander do the work.
