Hello,
I recently got my hands on a lot of 80/20 that was going to the scrap yard. I ended up with enought for a complete miter station with storage and a mobile festool systainer cart. This stuff is fun and so easy to work with!
Some pics.

Oh man, what a score.  Looks awesome.  I'm dreaming of some kind of 80/20 score one day too so I can immerse myself in aluminum profiles, otherwise the stuff (even at the Ebay discounted store) is just too damn expensive for this kind of purpose (at least with my budget).  This must be at least $2k worth.

Wow, think Id rather sell that much 80/20 than use it for something like this, but it sure does look nice!

Wow that is really nice I love the work tops made of that stuff looks so cool..

I have just bought (full price  [eek])  I very small amount of 40/40 and build a part mobile KS120 Mitre table and MFT style Bench it wasn't cheap but has saved a massive amount of space which is what I needed..  I did find it slow putting this profile together (but I only used 4x 90 degree brackets to save money and also give me a place to insert MDF panels..

Probably more than that...each of those double extrusions used for the top surface of the mitre stand run $85.

Pretty sweet for the OP...Christmas came early this year!  [smile]
