A Contest Question: If the adjusting screws on the TS-55 or 75 that act ...?

The full question:  If the adjusting stop screws (pictured below) on the TS-55 or 75 that act as stops for the beveling action are backed out all the way, what is the resulting negative angle, and does the resulting cut still line up with the previously cut clear or black splinter guard installed on the rail?  Or does it shave the top of the strip?
