With that explanation I can say that I have my version (far different than yours) that I have done. In fact I did it last Sunday / Monday. And before anyone thinks that this is hype, or strange, or a bunch or bunk, the people and members who have met me and know me to some degree could attest to the honesty of my answer.
I go visit Festool in Indianapolis. It is the vibes, the smiles, the energy, the difference from what I do everyday. It is what is possible, what is different, how people should be. It is about enriching the mind and opening the eyes without knowing it. It is about how techniques from other parts of the world can be adapted to what we do, and where we might be going in the future.
In classes it is about observing others and seeing a glimmer or spark in their eyes. Seeing them enjoy and learn. I go to see others learn.
If any of you have watched the movie City Slickers, you will understand. My wife wants me to go to Lebanon to find myself.
