Abrasive systainer

I'm not GPowers, but if you are looking for the dividers he used, I believe they are the Tanos and they are sold by Woodcraft.  There are two sizes - 70mm and 120mm high.  I think he is using the 120mm high ones.

Also, here is a previous post from Greg on the dividers.

The sortainer drawer dividers are not the same ones.

Found the dividers at Woodcraft

For Sys III ---  158050 High Dividers  for the 150mm discs

For Sys II ---- 158048 Low dividers for the 90 mm discs

Both require some end trimming, to fit as the side profile of the systainer, as it goes in and out

I'd like to thank everyone for the help and advice! I'll post a pic when I get the dividers and all the abrasives sorted.

In what quantity are those dividers sold in? If I wanted to make 10-12 slots like GPowers did, how many quantity would I need to order?

For the 150mm disks it takes 8 dividers, the ones I bought at Woodcraft were sold individually.

For the 90mm disks it takes 8 dividers also.

I was a bit disappointed with the insert from the SYS-STF D150.  Aside from the fact that the insert doesn't come up high enough to support the abrasives properly, you can't adjust the dividers to accomodate the varying number of sheets of your abrasives as they change over time.  Plus, I wanted larger compartments for the grits I use most frequnetly (150, 180, 220). I wound up making my own insert with fully adjustable dividers, it works for me...

My most humble of apologies to the Festool universe, but I got "hooked" (no pun intended) on Abranet a few years ago and it works great on my new ETC EC 150/3 - I just had to use a hole punch to modify a Mirka 150mm pad protector to correspond to the Festool 17 hole configuration. The dust collection is excellent and the ETS EC 150/3 just glides over the wood surface even with my new CT 26 turned up to MAX suction. I am extremely pleased with the results.  I must confess however, that I've never used any Festool abrasives, so I honestly cannot compare the two.
