New here.  I have been considering getting a festool dust extractor.  I'm guessing it's just a start.  I currently have a dewalt 5in ros.  Older one.  A newer dewalt trim router and a porter cable hand planer.  Will the dust extractor adapt to those. If so how

Yes, but isn't your Festool hose the older style? Anyone purchasing a NEW extractor will also get the new hose ends. Do you think those will fit as well?

I have a new style CT-SYS with the new smooth hose.  The hose fits over my DeWalt (and Bosch) 5" ROS no problem.
