I have a Makita 10" slider and need some advice on a new blade.  I'm not looking to spend much over $60.  I have a lot of experience with Forrest blades but am too cheap to drop the requisite coin on one.  Particularly if I'm leaning towards a Kapex in the summer, just a few months away.

I have an FS Tool blade on my Makita and it cuts well. Don't know what they sell for in the US so I can't say if they fit your budget.

A more economical option may be a Freud blade off Amazon. They quite often have them on sale.

Dan purchase the Forrest and just sell it to me for 50% when you are done. Then you get one of the best blades for about the same as a Frued.  :)

They are the only blades I use and they can be sharpened so many times it is worth it in the long run.

Thanks Mastercabman,  I just bought a Freud blade on Amazon for $38.00 free shipping.
