Almost all of the precision table saw alignment aids on the market are expensive (while being well made) and many of us have resorted to using a combination square in an attempt to align our table saw blade and/or fence. While those methods can produce an acceptable result as far as woodworking is concerned, we felt we could do better.
Introducing our Table Saw Alignment Fixture (without dial indicator) at a palatable price point:https://www.etsy.com/listing/1276422886/table-saw-alignment-fixture-calibrate
It is designed to fit dial indicators with your typical 1/4" lug backing plate. For entry level options for dial indicators, the WEN 10702 or Triton 20025L both fit out of the box.
3D Printed out of ASA (an improved version of ABS) with 5 walls and high infill, this design is as sturdy as its aluminum counterparts. It's UV resistant, can withstand temperatures up to 100°/212°F without deforming, and is much more tough and impact resistant than your typical PLA or PETG plastics. We are so confident in the product that we provide a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Designed to glide freely in your typical 3/4" wide x 3/8" high miter slot, all you need to light pressure to keep it against the miter slot. See the associated pictures and video of me using it on my SawStop PCS to get a feel for how it performs!
