Hi Hilly

Currently the PDC/18 isn't available in Festool Colours, well not on the website anyway. But you may still be able to get it in the Protool Colours.

I was waiting for PDC/18 but in the end decided on the DRC/18 since i didn't need the percussion/hammer feature as i always always use a rotary hammer drill for masonry/Concrete drilling. (bring on the BHC)
The DRC/18 is effectively the same minus the percussion hammer function.

In the end i would definitely say get one of the 18v versions as there will be more options available to you in the future with that voltage of battery.  TSC55, Carvex, and the other drills.

Huh?  It's just renamed PDC 18/4 as Festool.

I own it!  It might not be available Down Under yet, but since you guys get stuff before North America, you should be seeing it post haste!
