I am installing glass railings in my new house. I have a bunch of CR Lawrence extremely beefy aluminum shoe tracks that will hold the 9/16” glass panels in place at the floor. I need to make very accurate cuts in the base shoe $760/10’ piece and then the trim finish skins that are about the same price so can’t afford any screw ups.
I do have a Ellis1600 horizontal band saw which is great for cutting metal pieces I weld together but the angle guide isn’t quite as exact as I would like for this project.
I’m thinking of using my Kapex to make the cuts but these U Chanel pieces 1” or more thick.

Anybody have a blade recommendation for the Kapex. Will need to make 25+ cuts so probably burn through a few blades.
Finish product look just going with a satin black not stainless finish to look less commercial.
Thanks.
