Is there a way to determine where a shipment originates from on Amazon?
The remote I ordered is taking longer than I expected.
When I tracked it today it says the carrier is “Yanwen”, which reads to me like a foreign shipping company.
Is there a way to determine before placing the order where the product ships from?
The updates are pointedly vague.
“Left shipper”, “arrived at carrier facility”, “being processed”, “left carrier facility”.
Only today did I see a clue (“Yanwen”) that the product was shipping from overseas.
There were three vendors stating that their remote was compatible with my AC. Maybe one of them shipped from Amazon. If I knew that, I probably would have made a different choice.
