Anyone familiar with an UMC Aeromate -1993

I think I am going to need to upgrade my work vehicle sooner than later.  I was hoping it was a year or more down the road but not going to make it.  Because of the unplanned upgrade, my budget isn't very large.

I have seen a UMC aeromate on CL that I like the look of.  It seems like the correct size for my needs.  If in good running condition, it's also in my budget $3500 asking price. 

Anyone have any experience with or opinions?

no personal experience, but I was told by a dealer that sold em to stay away from those back in 1999  I have no idea why.
