Anyone has any experience using RO or ETS for waxing your snowboard?

I'm thinking some Vlies pads might work.  Wondering if anyone has done this before and hoping to learn from your experiences.  Thanks!

Nope but sure am interested in how you get on  ;). Don't wanna trash my Burton doing a test run  [big grin]

We waxed our snowboards last year with the RO90. I think I put pictures of it somewhere online. We will be tuning them for this year soon. If it is of any interest to people here, Todd and I would be happy to demonstrate.

Scott, naturally, I'd be interested if you get the time to do a video.  Did you use the vlies?

i suggest being careful with that- most bases are sintered and have a delicate structure. there is a structure/grain that is running the length of the ski/board that any rotation abrasion would contradict. are you using fine vlies or just a polishing pad? i would never hit it with the vlies. i'm sure the pad is fine though.

OTOH, whatever works!...

Rather than trash your base structure, just buy a Swix Roto Brush setup and run it on your drill. Bases are meant to be brushed longitudinally, there is a hydrodynamic effect that rotary polishing would ruin.
