APS 900 worktop jig

hey mak do you think it is restricted in the size and non  built in functions as the trend say 1002 ? has any one here on the fog ever ran the router bit into the jig ? as we sometimes do in the guide tracks, if so any repair to the jig or is it a case of new parts , i am curious as the jig does looks pretty darn good .

Bit into jig ='s bondo or epoxy and sanding. Fixed a few that way.

Hi green. Its just really for joints. It is very sturdy, haven't damaged it yet. I do tend to be extra carefull though because of the cost.
It is a good jig, i like the way you can clamp it so the clamps are not in the way when routing.

HI mak that is the part i am drawn to no clamps in the way . looks like another bite at the green stuff !

I got mine from power tool supplies good service and best price. Get 2 rapid clamps as well if you haven't got any already. You will also need a different cutter than you use with a normal jig. I think i said where i got one from above.
