Hi all
We have this bar to build, while ive done several small tops, this one is big to me, the material is expensive and im looking for advice from those with more experience than myself. Its to be 32' long with a 90 degree return 12 ' long .The material is 1 3/4 x 14"x 18' sapele . The bar top will be 24" wide finished. Two pieces are going to be butt jointed ,and then three pieces joined to stagger the seams. In my head ive been building this, and have been thinking to domino the two 18' pieces end to end first, let that dry and then glue the next three pieces up the following day. Space is a issue. So the concrete slab will be our work bench.Planned on using 12mm X 3" tenon Thanks for any input
