Have they ever offered saw only? I would buy a second saw if they did. I figure they could sell them for 335.00 for the TS 55, with a basic blade.

Nick, just a thought.......

You might try contacting corporate to find out if they have any demo models they might want to unload.

I think they should offer it in the catalog as an option, not just a one time thing. Thanks for the thought.

As far as I know it is NOT available here. That's why it is a wish list item. Unless they are hiding the fact it sure isn't advertised.

I guess maybe I could be considered "less" festoolian than some.  I wish I could buy all the tools without systainers.  Love the tools, but I have a STACK of systainers in the barn doing no good.  The boxes just haven't been handy for me.  I prefer to bundle my tools and materials to suit my needs, not as envisioned by others.

Have you considered selling your systainers? I may be interested If I can  save over purchasing  new.

Me too.

Yeah,
I'd be interested in the systainers too.  Nick and I are both local.  Maybe we can meet up for a beer somewhere in between.

Haven't really thought about selling them.  It's hard for me to part with anything.  ( I still have some stuff I started out with as an apprentice 25 yrs ago, and those tools were old hand me downs then!!!  )  Maybe they will show up in classifieds someday. :-\
