Benchdogs for MFT/3 - Dims

Hello everyone,

I was thinking to buy MFT /3 bench, and would like to make some benchdogs by myself. My question is what size shoud make ? If the holes are 20mm ? i found some references in internet that benchgogs should be around 19,81  - 19,90mm ?  I dont want them to be to loose - rather to fit them tight. Maybe someone here know some perfect dims ? another thing is should i do thread along the length for M8 x 1.25  (i  saw some with it) and what material should i use  - aluminium or stainles steal ? note that the Close Fitting Dogs make a quite tight fit which may not always be that convenient or necessary while our standard Dogs are practical for most every day needs and easier in-and-and out.
