Bessey Discounts in the UK

Hi Everyone,

One of my woodworking friends told me that there are some good deals on Bessey clamps at the moment. It is on the Bessey Tools site (link below) and features 4 x 1000mm K Revos and a pair of Uniklamps for £158 ex VAT.

I have always been a Bessey fan and this looks like a good time to get some more Revos. I have been using the Uniklamps a lot lately for lighter tasks and they are a good bridge between the big brother K Body and the smaller screw clamps.

I had heard the other clamps weren't up to much, anyone have any experience?

You UK'ers are lucky to have discounts.

There was an Amazon sale last year on Bessey's that was probably a mistake. Nonetheless a whole bunch of us essentially got 2-packs for the price of a single clamp. I wish I had taken even bigger advantage. Oh well....

By the way for you non-Germans...including me>>>

Bessey is properly prounounced as bess-eye, not bess-ee.  When I was in Germany, my dealer had no idea what I was inquiring about when using the latter pronunciation. I was "instructed" as to the proper way! [blink]
