Best drawer slides for systainer cabinets?

I had 18 ga steel U pans made and cut out squares with a pencil grinder and steel cutting discs.  The angled back feet on the sys fit into the squres and catch and the front feet sit down into the holes locking the sys into the shelf. The frame is 8020 quick frame, single fin.  The back panel is face screwed to the framing. The panels are .220 black haircell ABS.  The cabinet is movable using quick frame three way extrusions with holes for posted wheel sets.

I made my sysports out of 1/2 baltic birch (a couple out of 3/4 shop birch) Used 16" blum euro drawer slides cost about $4 each or if I bought a box it would be cheaper.

The photo is the sysports under the MFTs. These are new I used 12" blu euro slides in 13" deep boxes bc I was going for storage and saving space using space under the MFTs. BTW the empty wall you see in the rear with the shelving was full of doubled up w systainers . Next is to build small Guido wall or work bench like Thom has

[member=25351]rst[/member] That’s the most space efficient SysPort yet!

Is the steel U panel bolted or riveted to the slides?

Bolted, I almost always build things so I can modify, firm believer in the 3M motto...do it, try it, fix it.  Slides attached to frame with tapped screws.  I actually changed the tray layout from the original after subsequent purchases.  Next one I will layout tapped holes with top to bottom 32mm spacing.

I do not use drawers but shelves with a relief that way with an extra 15 mm or so i can pick up any systainer and pull it out completely. But then again i'm using the same in a van so i'm used to it.
