So after more digging it appears that I did indeed get scammed by "tools"

Purchased an alleged "se2" and paid him in full. After he replied to my wanted advert.

Usual ... delays and excuses then sent me a link to a bogus website "Milantic express"

Looking through older posts where he has stated that he is 70 years old in this post:

then send me a copy of his "license" which shows birthdate of 1947. Pic attached.

Have contacted both PayPal and my bank and hopefully something will come of it.
