Hi to all

I am a small one man shop and need some help bidding some wet bars. I don't normally build this sort of thing, but I am doing a bunch of display cabinets for there business and need to give them a price for two of these.  60 inches long by about 83 tall

My gut is about $2500 each, not put together a cut list yet still in the early phases

Also Im thinking about $1200 for two of these seem reasonable?

What is the intended material? What finish? Does your bid include material or labor only? Do you have to install? Is it commercial or residential installation?

Think I was way off, they are going to be 60"/80" 2 inch thick walnut slab top, 8/4 walnut barn beams for the rest of the structure. Petty much an off the hook build. I slabbed the top and got the rest of the wood for about $2.00 a bf. I am installing, not sure if I am going to be responsible for the plumbing but will be done by plumber and marked up. I am doing a mix of commercial and residential about $4.5k for their business and these for there house. They just wanted to know if I could build it and how much.

I normally run plain cabinets and reproduction/short run moulding

I know the people and their business is doing well and they are connected. Guessing if I keep them happy it will lead to a lot more business for me.

Id like to be known for building this sort of thing not just mill work

At this point I am thinking in the. $5-10k each range trying to decide exactly how long it will take to build and decide on that. Its all barn wood so lots of nail hunting I'm  thinking its going to be a pain in the behind to get it to the level of work I do.

Make sure to not under price yourself to "keep them happy" as you will gain a reputation for doing custom work like this cheaper than anyone else in town.
