First of Hey festool please make a rip blade for the ts75 with a 2.4 mm kerf which is what all the other blades are.
Secondly where does everyone get their festool blades sharpened ? My local sharpener seems to do a crap job on my regular blades. It's my understanding that the kapex blades have an uneven kerf spacing making it a challenge to sharpen for some. I do not want to switch to tenyru blades as their blades have a much wider kerf than what the festool blades(leitz?) have. I am going to give oshlun blades (all their blades have th same kerf width as festool blades) for non critical work a try, any thoughts ?

Leitz is a great source.  In your neck of the woods there is also Burns tools.  Only because of the thread about the difficulties in sharpening the Kapex blades did I hear about Burns and the fact that they would sharpen all blades.  They are also a Festool dealer.

After watching that Leitz video on manufacturing saw blades, I was struck by how potentially complicated sharpening a Festool blade can be depending upon the tooth styles/angles used on a particular blade.

I now more fully understand why Forrest refuses to resharpen Festool saw blades. They would probably have to dedicate a sharpening machine for Festool blades for it to be an economically viable operation for them.

Forrest wont sharpen any blades  that have uneven tooth spacing, not just Festool. Unless Forrest comes up with a design in their own blades that has the uneven spacing it's just not worth it to them. They very well may make a blade with this uneven design in the future. I think  they may be forced to so they can keep up with some of the other companies offerings.

I didn't know about Burns until now (not far from me) but did end up using Dynamic Saw in Buffalo, NY.  I shipped my TS55 blade and a router bit to them for sharpening.  They shipped back in the same box.  It was $12 for the blade and $4 for the router bit at the time of this posting.  Insured shipping back to me was $10.65. 

Since I paid shipping both ways the total shipping was around $22, and the blade sharpening was $12.  Therefore it is definitely most economical to have more than one blade or bit sharpened at once to make the shipping worth it, but I felt the sharpening itself was very reasonable and worthwhile.  They sent both back with plastic dip protecting all cutting surfaces.
