I will be interested in the insert I do already have a midi for my blum jigs, I dont see the univesal drilling template in there

will there be room for 3 of those in there?

regards

The universal template is in there,  it's the only real reason a midi was used. We have only two working prototypes at the moment, we take it on the road tomorrow to gauge interest.
Cost is a tricky one, but the eco drill and servo drive switch drill pumps up the price, but without these we reckon around £200. But we also may make it modular and it can grow as your needs do.
Eventually it should be available to purchase from the blumkit website.

I just put a Sommerset one in my cart, put this looks like it make be ideal.
Where?
When?
How much?

At the moment this is simply a BLUM UK concept, but we are looking to bring it to market, possibly via the blumkit webshop or via our distribution network.
It will be something that BLUM Reps. will carry as a demonstration box.
We are just a little unsure what jigs most people would expect to see in the box.
We are hoping to do a competitive price, better than the individual components. The foam is not expensive after the tooling costs.
The little box contains all the depth collars and centre drill bit.

Well conceptually I like it.

And having an idea of what it contains and when it will be available is of somewhat high interest to me.

Hi,

Colour of systainer would depend on minimum order quantities.

We are probably looking at an anthracite case with orange handles and latches to begin with.
Certain distributors in the UK, may also still go with a Festool box as they deal with both companies.

Box will eventually be branded in a similar way.

Alright .. alright ... take my money!!!

What am I buying? [embarassed]
