Picked up a Blum Minipress, and the the Blum distributors can't seem to get me the part numbers for 5mm bits Right & Left Hand.

Anyone here know the part numbers?
Also, do you happen to know if CMT bits will fit it?

Thanks in advance.

Aside from the 35mm bit for the cup mortise, you'll need one right (black) and one left (orange or red) 5mm x 57mm bit.

Any brand of 10mm x 20mm shank bit can be used with the Minipress (Freud, CMT, FS), just don't buy them from Blum as they'll rip you off. European Tooling has the best prices: http://www.europeantooling.com/drillbits.html

I'd wager there's some factory in Italy making them for everyone else.

Thanks.  Good info.

Actually, when drilling for hinges, you need the Forenter bit for the cup and 2 LH  bits for the screws or press- in dowel.  You only alternate LH /RH  for the line boring (shelf pin) attachment.
