Bosch CM10GD

Has anyone else noticed that this saw is listed by some sellers on ebay for more than $200 less than the going rate?  These sellers don't seem to be dealers, but somehow have multiple quantities of new saws to sell.  I contacted Bosch, but all they told me was they recommend buying from an authorized dealer.  How are these sellers offering such good deals?

I haven't looked into them... but a lot of times they are under the category of "too good to be true".

I am wondering how prevalent the grey market is for shop equipment.
