My father in law bought a Bosch GKS 55+ GCE without the L-boxx, which is a good opportunity to send him down the slippery systainer road instead [cool] I am considering buying a Systainer for him, but since I do not have the saw available I am not sure if the saw will fit a SYS-3 or if it needs the SYS-4. Has anyone here fitted this saw in a systainer?
Alternatively - if anyone has this saw it would be extremely helpful to know the height of the saw when it rests on a surface. The SYS-3 has a inner height of 18cm so the saw height would need to be less or equal to this. I have measured the old GKS 55 (without the +), and this measures 18cm exactly, so this should fit. The new + model does, however, look slightly different and thus the height might be different.
