Awesome set-up Seth.  Do you have the thickness dimensions for your tray?  I have the same drill.

The tray is 1" tall.... 1/4" thick bottom + 3/4" edges and dividers. 13 7/8"  x 10 1/2" I glued four post like supports into the Sys to hold the tray, they are 3/4" square x 3 3/4" tall. The supports are glued to the side of the Sys and rest on top of a  'X' cut bottom foam. So if you don't use the bottom foam add 3/16" to the  support height.  The bottom foam  helps keep the tool from tilitng and pushing up on the tray. The tray is just barely above the rotary hammer.

I had to trim some of the lid foam off around the edges. It was  just too tight a fit and the foam was bulging too much.  That is a Tanos lid foam piece , but something else would work. The foam keeps all the stuff from bouncing around.

The whole deal just fits height wise in a Sys - II.

Thanks, Seth...very clever.  I did not notice the support blocks at first until you pointed them out.  Appreciate the specs.
