Was cleaning up the shop and thinking about selling this for pennies on my local Craigslist but I noticed a box of about 100 carbide insert cutters, I think. See pics below. Any idea what all of this is, and what it might be worth?

Unfortunately Ryan, there’s not a lot of value in the box. The boring bar is likely worth the most. It depends upon if it is steel or solid carbide.

The carbide inserts are pretty trashed, chipped and worn. The Rota-broach for a magnetic drill press looks to be in good condition. And the pilot for the hole saw looks good.

A hand wheel, some counter-bores, T-nuts for a drill press or milling table hold down, what look to be like some ejector pins for a an injection mold.

Not a lot there...sorry    [sad]

I spy a Stanley bevel gauge that might have some value depending on it's condition.

- I've seen this kind of left-over odds and ends at auctions sell in the single Dollar amounts or more often bundled with real value items and sold as a "lot" so the seller doesn't have to "clean up left overs" after the auction.

Hans

Yeah, I've seen that too Hans. You have to pay to take their trash home with you.

You can turn it around on them and just walk away with the items you want and leave the rest to the vultures. :-)
