BTI tool bag inserts

I stumbled upon a picture of something called the tool bag insert for a Systainer but can't find anything about it.  There was a post on here from 2013 but the links were no longer active.  Anyone know where I can find on of these,

My German is terrible, but I think the full sets on that site all include the tools. Whilst individual, empty ‘pallets’ are available on there, I’m not seeing the side pieces that they slide into, so I don’t know if it’s possible to buy all the insert parts without also buying a load of tools you don’t need.

I’ve never seen these for sale anywhere, so I suspect you’d have to contact the manufacturer or a BTI dealer to discuss what’s actually available.

I found the side pieces also there so everything needed is still available.

That website behaves terribly though, in both my FireFox and Chrome browsers.

I think it would be best to email them and ask about the possibilities. Even if it's available it is always a guess if they're willing to ship abroad.

Looks like that’s the side and the base together, leaving a choice of tool pallets to complete a set. At least now the OP can put together a list of part numbers to inquire about.

I had no problem viewing the site with MS-Edge beta, and the auto-translate worked just fine so was able to read everything. If you register prices are visible. Didn't even look into shipping costs or if they do ship to NA as the price plus shipping would be prohibitive.

For example the Toolbag 8-2 for BTI Box 4 is $53.36 . Looks like most of the pallets are ~$54. To fit out a Sys4 fully you'd need four pallets plus the floor guide and the Toolbag Guide ($39) and the Floor Guide ($15) so you're in the $250 neighborhood before shipping.

For that money you can buy the much sturdier B&W tool cases... and have money left over.

I would try to get the pallets alone without the Systainer.  I already have a B&W case but the pallets don't fit.  I think the B&W cases are way overrated, terrible handles, latches and wheels.

very nice, but ouch... similar to [member=73094]afish[/member] I pop-rivetted a Husky bucket organizer into a Dewalt toolbox type container. Works great for 1hr and $8. Going to do the same for the SysTB, still looking for something in green..

Another approach I thought was interesting from Instagram @tomohisajinno - he uses FastCap Flex Tool Pouches with hd velcro inside systainers. Pouches come in 1-4" widths giving you the ability to loadout depending on the job or (for things like nails) add the pouch to your belt. This also could add up rather quickly as the pouches range from $4-8.

Anyway, Workshop Heaven used to sell the whole BTI systainer range, including those pouches.  May or may not be worth reaching out.  I recall they were the only dealer shipping those to the US at the time.  And yes, those inserts are exclusive to BTI.  That said, working with Bott, Festool/Tanos seem to have caught up with Milwuakee Packout on practicality.  Before hunting down expensive inserts, I'd take a look and see if the new systainer3 has something to offer that will fit your needs.  I inevitably did not purchase the BTI inserts, but I've gone through all of the other elastic/pouch inserts over the years and I'm not a fan. It's just not user friendly. I've owned B&W style "tool attaches". Very similar.  Look great on paper; horrible in use.
