C12 shaft pulled out!!

when removing the chuck from my C12 last night, the whole shaft came out of the drill!!  Now I can't seem to get the shaft back into the drill.  there appears there may have been a lock ring or something securing the shaft.  I need help!!

You need help yeah, but we won't be able to do anything for you. Festool's service department will be able though. Give them a call.

really..................like above post noted, call festool. They are there to help you. we cannot, unless you woke up and found it laying around, call where you bought it, or of course festool. They are one of a very small group of tool suppliers that care. Thats why this site exist isnt it? Or you could give it to me [eek]
