I'm designing a wall unit for a client and am looking at using CabParts in Colorado as a supplier for six flat packed base unit cabinet carcasses, plus shelves and drawer boxes. I intend to provide countertop deck, doors, drawer fronts, toekick/facia, scribe strips, the entire upper 14' x 6' shelving section, etc.

I'm in a small space in NYC and space/logistics are very tight, so outsourcing this part of the project would be very helpful, their pricing is incredible, and they have no minimum order limitation.

I'm wondering if anyone has used Cab Parts and if they can recommend them, and also if there are any such suppliers close to New York City- seems silly to drive six boxes 1500 miles...

Thanks for any input.

Conestoga Wood Specialties is out of Pennsylvania.  They don't sell directly but I have a trade account.  There are online dealers that specialize in Conestoga such as the Cabinet Joint.

I hope this helps.

Thanks guys!
I'll have a look at those.
Always wanted to experiment with outsourcing standard case components, thinking the current job is where to start.

Thanks Mahogany- that looks like a great system, I'll keep it as a reference. Right now I need frameless but maybe in the future I'll try them.
