Haven't bought Blum hinges in a while so need some help.

I'm building two face frame cabinets for my son. Each has two doors and we want 3/8" (half) overlay with Blumotion hinges.

When I did a HUGE kitchen job almost ten years ago I used these Blumotion 110 deg. hinges with 3/8" overlap but the cabinet shop I purchased the hardware from sold me what looks like full overlap hinges but with 6mm mounting plate. Trying to remember why it was suggested to do this rather than just getting half-overlap hinges?

Appreciate help on what to purchase (plus p/n's if possible). Also, I need the part (forget what it's called) that limits the travel to 90 deg. for two of the doors.

Thanks
Mike

You can get 3/8" overlay ( not overlap) in a number of ways with a number of hinges and plates. If you have "standard" (full overlay) hinges, using a 9mm plate will get you 3/8" overlay, depending on drilling distance from edge of door of course. A half overlay hinge or half cranked hinge) uses a different plate, etc.
There are "compact" hinges available as well with the overlay amount stamped right on them!
The 86° stop is p/n 70T3553

Btw...I dont think there is a 9mm plate that attaches to face frame for use with a full overlay hinge. You'd have to block out behind faceframe to use a 9mm plate. Half crank hinge here is a better alternative, and secondarily, as mentioned just buy the Compact hinge.
An 86° stop is also available for Compact hinges.
