I have the PS300 and the 490118 circle cutter and I can"t cut a good circle.  I'm using the scroll type blade 486563 and no progressive orbital mode.  I have to put the pin in the 200 hole to get close to a circle.  The 300 hole wants to go straight and sparks fly. Can someone please help.  A video would be great. ;D

It's been 4 years since I cut a circle with the setup you described so I may be a little rusty.  [smile] I had problems at first too, then I studied up on the blade offerings. I tried a S75/4 FSG (486 551) which is designed for curving cuts and everything was fine.

I was using the recommended blade but It didn't work.  It makes since to use a Trion blade because the other problem is I cant get a 90 deg cut. Thanks for the reply.

Guide blocks seem to be OK.  The blade wants to flex away from center causing the sparks and not a 90 deg cut.  I got the pin in the correct hole using a Bosch blade.  It cuts a nice circle now but not a 90.  I am going to try and get a Trion blade next.
