Anyone know of a dust extraction system, that I can fit on my angle grinder for carving wood? The ones that I see online look bulky and I would think it would be hard to see what what you are doing.

Here's one that Makita makes. It probably works find for flat grinding, but I don't see how it would work when you run 90 degrees to the work for a deep cut.

You can have dust collection on a grinder if the disc is mostly covered and held in one position, like when you flatten concrete or cut into tiles. But for woodcarving, I agree with Micheal, forget about it. You're constantly changing positions, there's no hood that can follow that.

Can you put a Kutzall disc (or some other carving device on a RAS115 (if you have one or can find one)?

I use these discs and they are typically on their sides when carving (ie the diameter is perpendicular to the table). When when they're not on their sides, they ain't but 45 degress off of vertical.

Maybe it's time to invent your own wheel if no one makes one you like or not at all.

Seems to me all the responses that nothing exists can be looked at as incentive to bring something to market. If you are looking no doubt others are too.
