Carvex PSB 420 Blade Holder - how to get it back to 'park' position?

Hi, I was using my Carvex tonight and when trying to remove the blade, the blade and holder came out farther than normal (almost to the blade guide).  The supplemental manual says to "Inspect the blade holder to make sure it is in the Park position (fully retracted)" and if not to "press the tip of the blade against a work surface to retract it".  I tried doing that, and it doesn't seem to want to move (and I don't want to put too much pressure on it).  Just wondering if I'm missing something?  I'll call on Monday if nobody has a quick solution (aka user error), but thought someone here may have run into this and know the solution.

You might try starting it and stopping.

Hey Harry, couple things you can do. Turn the saw back on, pull the trigger. Then turn it off and unplug. Sometimes it will be easier to push up when cycled through again. Push with a finger upward (or with 2 thumbs) on where the blade goes in, in order to move it back up. Or just turn the saw off and on a few times till it cycles through. Good luck
