I have a C18 drill with the fastfix bit attachment. Question ( I looked but could not find answer in forum ), is there any other name brand screwdriver bits I can use besides the festool bit? My Dewalt bits will not fit the fastfix screwdriver chuck (diameter is thicker in Dewalt) and I am trying to save from buying the very expensive Festool bits.

Most of my non-Festool Centrotec tooling is from Snappy. Axminster in the UK, at least historically, has had a selection of various things that fit.

I will note that you can modify some quarter inch tooling to work in Centrotec by filing a notch farther up the shaft than the existing one and knocking off the corners a little. I did that years ago, chucking the tooling in my lathe and then using files. This was before there were more choices known to me when I needed some long Robertson/Square Drive tooling. Unless I don't have a choice, I use Centrotec a lot. I scored the whole set of Festool drivers awhile back when it was included with a small, special edition blue storage/install systainer.

If you use the search term Centrotech, a few things will show up. Probably mostly additional Festool offerings, but there will be some Snappy too. I have used quite a few of their products, with good results.

Maybe this isn't what you are after, but if you remove the centrotec adapter or chuck from the drill and just have the fast fix piece, regular 1/4" drive bit fits right in and it is magnetic to hold them in place

Amana also makes a nice countersink in Centrotec. Not sure off the top of my head if anything else. Then if you have the Centrotec 1/4” adapter you can use any brand 1/4” in there too, so it’s not as limiting as it might seem at first.
