I am having issues with centrotec handles and chucks. these small magnet come out and get stuck in the handles and chucks/drills. . this makes the pieces unusable. driving me batty as has happened on multiple pieces. cannot get the magnets out or figure out where they go, nor can I get them in the drill. can anybody help.

Contact Festool, if your product is faulty you deserve their service to make it right again.
I've had a bit holder replaced for this reason, the magnet came out and was lost.
It happens ALL THE TIME, the glue they use is not up to the task.
