Let me know if this is good enough. I took it late last night - it has some depth of field issues.

Hi Dan, Been away from this thread for awhile (thought it was dead) These bits are great news. I was just on your website though and shipping to Van Is is $20. Was there a deal last week that is now gone? 20 bucks is kind of pricey for shipping. I guess I'll wait until after the rush and get them the next time I am over on the ferry.Dan Clermont said:Okay, shipping is $15US including insurance.
That way the price is the same for Canadians and our US customers.
$35 gets you 6 high quality Robertson bits delivered to your door.
You can send Paypal to dan@ultimatetools.ca
Make sure we have your address in the request and we have to limit this to 2 packages per order cause we are very limited on inventory. Matter of fact, we are pretty much sold out.
Cheers
Dan

Are the #2's available separately or only as a set included with the other sizes?

As of now I think we are going to do a new kit, however it is a month or so away, I will not give full details on the kit but it will be an interesting complimentary pack to the existing bits and also be R2 heavy. Although the original starter kit will still be a better deal than any other kits we will have.... [wink] Buy them now while they are at this introductory price.
Although for most applications I recognize that R2 is the most common driver bit, for cabinetry and fine finish work a lot of our customers use R1. I have even be asked when we are going to do an R0. Maybe in the USA there is a larger presence of R2 vs any other Robertson..... would this be true? I know the Kreg jigs use R2 and the beefy new jigs now use R3.
I would be curious to see the demand for R2 only on here (although it may be some time away), also any info on the supply of R2 vs R1 and R3 screws in the USA. Love it that Robertson is spreading across the globe!
So, What type of demand is there for R2 only kits... those who would like them please say so and your application? Kreg? Cabinetry? Construction? General?
Thanks and looking forward to the responses.
