That would be a Robertson bit and the answer is not available.  Do a search for Robertson bits for info and a member's project having them machined.

I buy square drive bits, grind down the corners of the hexagon base, and use an abrasive disk to put a groove into them so that they will lock into a Centrotec Chuck.
