This is the first of three essentially identical units. They are for each floor of the building, added in phases.
The next one won't happen until November.
It's a kind of unique look. It is rare to have the toe kick on both sides, though it's not much of an offset?
It's also not the usual employee side/ customer side with a countertop either. The "outside" actually goes near a window. Sadly, I spent a bunch of time making that outside mitered corner look perfect... and no one will ever see it on the 3rd floor. There is a column that separates the far right section, along with a waterfall drop to the ADA height.
It gets a narrow top, standing height, with tablets for checking in, thus all of the brush grommets.
It's also odd, in that the access panels are attached with locks, rather than screws. I have only done that a few times. Apparently, someone thinks it's better to need keys to access the chargers than a hex wrench?
The real beauty is that it has to go through a window, no elevator.
