I am having issues with clips getting clogged, yet its not consistent. I am routing the back panel groove in standard, generic cabinets. I am using the 7/32 bit from Whiteside that is part of their 3 piece set for 'undersized' plywood. This bit is chucked into a Triton router, mounted in my Paulk table. This groove is 18mm from the back so its a captured cut. This router has a shroud next to the bit so I can connect a DC there. Nearly half of my panels have very 'packed' chips. I get one like that and then the next one is squeaky clean. I don't understand the inconsistency. Wondering if I get a 7/32 up cut spiral bit, would that make this better? I got one from Woodcraft during their sale, not sure when it will arrive but I hope it fixes my issues.
