Clogged CT36 Hose

The Tradesman kit has always been the sweet spot of the CT hose / nozzles set.

Right now on the Festool website the price for that set is $255.

Included is a 36mm anti-static hose ($165)

If you were to buy the hose ($165) + the compact cleaning set ($94) (which is all plastic and comes in a sys1 versus the metal tubed in sys5) + the small round brush not included in the compact set ($14) you would spend more and not have the same.

Just some mental dust for extraction.

I got the workshop cleaning kit some time back, when it came without a hose.  I used my 27mm hose and, yes, it was constantly blocking.

I then got a 5m x 36mm hose and it has transformed it.

i also have a short 50mm (non-Festool) hose for my router table and thicknesses, so I am constantly swapping hoses.  I plan to make up a short (2m?) 27 mm hose that will fit into the 36mm for the times when I need 27mm (sanders, Domino).
