Inspired by (Anthony?) Set up using peg board to construct my own MPT, I ordered a Bosch 20 mm hinge boring bit. T15020RH. I was afraid this would happen. My Dewalt 625 has a collet that is slightly undersized for the Bosch shaft. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Dewalt 625 routers are made in Europe, and based on an old Elu design. Metric collets are made that will fit them, but you may will probably need to order the collets from Europe since Black&Decker/Dewalt seems to refuse to stock the metric collets in the USA. If you check Ebay, there are usually one or more sellers from the UK selling the metric Dewalt collets who are willing to ship to the USA.

If you don't want to spend the money on a single collet, you may be able to find a collet reducer with the right internal and external dimensions.

The collets for the Festool OF2000, Mafell LO65e, and Freud FT2000/FT2000e, CMT1850, Trend T10, Trend T11 may also fit in case you have a source for these.
I got this information from here.
