Conturo question/problem

Hi!
I've purchase a used edge bander.
It started good for the first few edges, I'm using 1mm pvc.
Then the machine failed to roll the edge out.; I have to give a litte push with my hand to help, after that I can apply the edge.
The feeder works, it loads the edge and also the rollers are working when I press teh start button.
I did not see anyhing in the way.
I'm not sure what is causing the problem.
Appriciate any help with the issue.

Have you checked to make certain that there is nothing blocking the path of the edging..? You may need to set the Conturo to a much wider edging setting to view where the edging feeds through to check, before resetting it back to suit the height of the edging you're using.

Also, are you sure the height adjustment is correctly set to suit the height of the edging you're using?....Even a millimetre or so too tight can restrict your edging from feeding correctly through and onto the adhesive dispenser.

I set the height 2 clicks higher as the video was showing
