??? It cant slide foward in use

John Stevens said:I've been thinking about a similar jig, but it would be made with two rows of 5mm holes spaced 32mm horizontally, each 74mm apart so that the pins in the face of the domino would index in the holes. Shouldn't be that difficult to make with the LR 32. That way, the domi never squirms while boring the slots.
Haven't been motivated to make it yet, because I like standard 5mm shelf supports just fine.

I have done exactly the same and it works a treat. The extra height in the mortise is covered by the shelf but the others are visible. I use the indexing but move it back down in the previous mortise so the spacing is 32mm as apposed to 46mm if you move it up (which i prefer) I also make solid furniture so my customers are very easily talked out of the standard supports. They love Domi handles ans Domi shelf supports ;D
